Text Messaging Terms

What we text

Texts are sent from 1-888-254-PATH (+1 888-254-7284) and are limited to:

• One-time verification codes when you confirm your mobile number
• Replies to support requests you start by text or in your account
• Account alerts you turn on in Settings → Notifications

We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

• In your account: enter your mobile number in Settings → Profile, check the consent box, and confirm the code we text you.
• By texting us: text SUPPORT and a short note to 1-888-254-PATH (+1 888-254-7284) from the verified mobile number on your account.

Consent checkbox shown before we send a code: "I agree to receive verification codes, support replies and account alerts by text from ClearPath Ready LLC. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

Frequency, cost and help

• Message frequency varies based on your support requests and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@clearpathready.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
