Firms are opened from a verified realtor account. You're only charged once the firm is approved.

Two ways to fill a firm seat

Agent pays

The agent holds their own paid realtor plan and joins the firm on it. The firm's plan covers the firm; the agent's plan covers the agent. A free plan cannot take a seat.

Firm sponsorsFirm plan option

The firm chooses the plan and storage level for its agents and pays per seat. Agents see "Covered by your brokerage" and never manage billing.

How sponsored seats work

1.The firm owner picks the plan for covered agents (Realtor Pro $39 or Realtor Elite $79 per seat), any extra storage per seat, and how many seats to cover.
2.Covered seats are billed on the firm's invoice as their own line, separate from the firm plan. You pay for the seats you buy, filled or not; annual billing is 12 months for 11.
3.Adding seats or moving up applies straight away (prorated). Going down waits for renewal.
4.Owners and managers invite agents from the team roster. A pending invite holds a seat until it is accepted, cancelled or expires.
5.Sponsored agents get Pro features and Pro personal storage with no card and no checkout of their own.
6.When an agent leaves, the seat returns to the firm's pool straight away, ready for the next invite.
7.The departing agent keeps their account, personal contacts and history on the free plan. Nothing is deleted; uploads pause if they are over the free allowance until they subscribe or tidy up.

Firm documents always stay in the firm's storage and follow the firm's departure policy.
